Prior to booking, please ensure that there is a somewhat flat space that is accessible for the trailer to be parked. The trailer is 24’ long and can function at a slight tilt in any direction. If the location is a public space, please note that you will need to secure any necessary permits required. TerryCade will comply with any law enforcement request to move and will relocate to the nearest legal location to resume the party.

We at TerryCade will bring our own power supply and internet access.

Yes! All items of entertainment in TerryCade are free to use during its rental. The claw machine will come stocked with an age-appropriate set of prizes, from plushies to cute knick-knacks, to funny surprises. The prizes themselves are free to keep!

1. Respect the equipment. Please use all equipment as intended, and please do not intentionally use them in a destructive manner.

2. Respect your fellow party-goers. No violence will be tolerated around the equipment. It is the responsibility of the party-goers to play fairly, not the responsibility of the game coach.

3. Food and Drinks must be handled carefully. We do allow eating and drinking in the trailer, but ask that party goers please show care in their handling.

4. Have fun!

Yes! All TerryCade bookings come with at least one Game Coach there to help with using the equipment, technical support, and to get the party started! TerryCade LLC is a family-run business, and will have staff on hand for the duration of the party.

A TerryCade party is a rain or shine operation! Even the outdoor activities take place under cover. We will do our best to accommodate any weather situation within reason. That said, severe inclement weather will happen from time to time.

* Lightning: In the event of lighting in close proximity, we will suggest to the party-goers that they seek shelter. The trailer may have to be powered down, and in those cases the trailer may not be considered suitable shelter. An additional 30 minutes will be added on to the duration of the party in the event that the party needs to be halted due to lightning.

* High Winds: For the safety of TerryCade party-goers, employees, and equipment, severely high winds may require the party to be delayed, postponed, or even canceled. Full or partial refunds, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be granted to the customer within reason. For example, if the party must be canceled halfway through, then half of the refundable portion of the cost will be returned.
